Three barrels at the Folklore Park: two with fresh water and seaweed, offering a natural boost of minerals, and one with just fresh water. One barrel at the Pier with fresh water and seaweed.
Two at the Panoramic Retreat: The Awakener, filled with giant ice cubes, and The Pretender, with just cold water. Every barrel looks out across Carlingford Lough and the mountains.
Read the FAQsSwimwear (required), 2 towels (one for drying off and one for sitting on in the sauna), swimming shoes if you plan to walk or swim on the beach, and a water bottle to stay hydrated.
