Your retreat can be tailored around your group, chosen add-ons and preferred pace. A typical experience could look like this:
Arrive at your private panoramic retreat. Change into your swimwear in our private changing rooms, then slip into one of our complimentary robes and get ready to unwind.
Start in our stunning panoramic sunroom with Prosecco, Nosecco or refreshments and some nibbles or a sharing platter while you settle in and take in the views.
Move into your private sauna experience, alternating between the wood-fired sauna and cold plunge. Choose your challenge: The Awakener for an iced plunge or The Pretender for a gentler cold-water dip.
Sink into The Soother, our warm seaweed bath, after the heat and the cold.
Take your time between rounds, enjoy refreshments and relax in the garden or sunroom before heading back into the heat.
After your final sauna and plunge, change back into your robe and unwind in the sunroom or garden with freshly prepared pizzas, grazing platters or other pre-ordered refreshments.
