Lost and Found Policy

Tell us as soon as you can

Ring 087 271 6323, message us on WhatsApp, or email info@saunaswithsoul.ie. Tell us the date and time of your session, which location you were at, and a description of the item. The sooner you get in touch, the better the chance we still have it.

What we do with items we find

• Items found at any of our three locations are collected at the end of the day and logged with the date and the session.
• We hold general items for 30 days.
• Valuables such as phones, keys, jewellery and wallets are stored separately and securely, and held for 30 days.
• Towels, swimwear and other items that cannot be hygienically stored are held for 7 days and then disposed of.
• Perishable items, including food and drink, are disposed of the same day.

Collecting your item

Items can be collected in person by arrangement. Please contact us first so we can have it ready and confirm which location to come to. We will ask you to describe the item before we hand it over, and for valuables we will ask for photo identification.

Posting an item back

We are happy to post items within Ireland where it is practical to do so. The cost of postage is payable by you in advance. We cannot accept responsibility for items lost or damaged in the post.

After the holding period

Unclaimed items are donated to charity or disposed of responsibly once the holding period has passed. We cannot compensate for items disposed of after that point.

Our limits

Please do not bring valuables to your session. We do not accept responsibility for personal items brought onto our sites, and we cannot guarantee that a lost item will be found. This policy sets out what we will do, not a promise of recovery.
