Using a wood-fired sauna, a cold plunge barrel, a warm seaweed bath, or entering Carlingford Lough involves risks including, but not limited to, dizziness, fainting, dehydration, overheating, cold shock, slips and falls, and in rare cases serious injury or cardiac events. By taking part you accept these risks.

Alcohol should be consumed responsibly. If alcohol is provided as part of a private experience, we recommend enjoying it in moderation and taking extra care when using the sauna or cold plunge.
For your safety, anyone who appears intoxicated or whose ability to use the facilities safely is impaired by alcohol or drugs may be refused use of the sauna, cold plunge or water. No refund will be provided where access is refused for safety reasons.
Customers must be over 18 to use our services.
Sea access at the Folklore Park is tidal, normally 2 and a half hours before and after high tide. At the Pier there is beach access approximately 4 hours before and after high tide. Water depth, currents and conditions change constantly. We do not provide lifeguard cover. Entering the water is entirely at your own risk and remains your decision.
Our sites are working sites with hot surfaces, open water and wet ground. Customers must be over 18, and anyone under 18 on site with an adult must be supervised at all times.
Please do not bring valuables. We cannot accept responsibility for personal items lost or damaged on site.
Nothing here excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for anything else that cannot be excluded under Irish law.
