1. Bookings

How to Book: Reservations can be made through our online booking system at www.saunaswithsoul.ie. Walk-ins are also accepted, subject to availability.
Age Requirement: You must be 18 years or older to book and use our services.
Group Bookings: For group sizes larger than what our system accommodates, please contact us directly at info@saunaswithsoul.ie.
Bundles: Bundle purchases are linked to the purchaser’s email and cannot be transferred manually.

2. Cancellations & Rescheduling

Refunds: Cancellations made at least 24 hours in advance are eligible for a refund.
Rescheduling: Changes to bookings can be made up to 6 hours before the session.
No-shows: Failure to attend without prior notice will result in loss of the full booking fee. We can only process changes that meet our 24-hour cancellation policy.

3. Health & Safety

Medical Considerations: Use of our sauna is at your own risk. If you have any pre-existing medical conditions (e.g. heart issues, skin conditions, pregnancy), please consult a healthcare professional before using our services.

  • No sharp objects or glass permitted inside the sauna.

Saunas with Soul accepts no responsibility for injuries, allergic reactions, or other health issues resulting from the use of our services.

5. Conduct

Customer Behaviour: We ask all guests to:
  • Treat staff and fellow customers with respect.
  • Follow the schedule for sessions.
  • Look after their personal belongings.
Violations: Any breach of conduct may result in immediate removal without a refund.
