To help maintain a safe and pleasant space for all, Saunas with Soul has implemented the following Lost & Found policy:
Guidelines
1. Item Collection: All items left behind will be gathered daily and stored securely.
2. Reporting Lost Items: If you think you’ve left something behind, contact us promptly with a description, date, and session time.
Retention Periods
Wet Clothing: Disposed of daily for hygiene reasons.
Water Bottles: Held for 14 days.
Valuables (e.g. electronics, jewellery): Kept for up to 14 days. We’ll attempt to contact the owner if details are available.
Other Items: Retained for 10 days before being donated to charity.
Claiming Lost Items
To reclaim an item, please contact us via phone or email with a detailed description.
While we do our best to reunite items with their owners, Saunas with Soul is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged belongings. Please refer to our Disclaimer and Terms for further details.
